CURRICULUM: T&LS5 - Didattica generale e didattica delle discipline stem/ Didactics & Stem

Il presente lavoro di ricerca parte dall’ indagine dei processi cognitivi coinvolti nelle discipline STEM. In seguito all’analisi della letteratura presente, verrà indagato il ruolo della metacognizione e delle funzioni esecutive al fine di individuare come questi aspetti siano implicati soprattutto nell’apprendimento delle discipline STEM. Tale indagine mira a comprendere quali sono gli aspetti da promuovere nella didattica della scuola secondaria di secondo grado al fine di favorire un maggiore successo scolastico in particolare per studenti con Disturbo Specifico dell’Apprendimento.

The present research work starts from the investigation of the cognitive processes involved in STEM disciplines. After the analysis of the present literature, the role of metacognition and executive functions will be investigated in order to identify how these aspects are involved especially in learning the STEM disciplines. This investigation aims to understand what aspects should be promoted in secondary school teaching, in order to foster greater academic success in particular for students with Specific Learning Disorder.
