In manufacturing supply chain management, Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) factors are investigating in relation to financial performance in developing and existing markets. This research examines Italy and UK’s non-financial industrial, service sector and manufacturing companies’ data from 1980 to 2023 to see how ESG performance affects corporate finances. The study examines financial and ESG performance utilizing growth rates, revenues, returns on assets, and risk-adjusted key indicators. It also considers sector-specific and national factors when analyzing ESG performance's impact on business results. According to the study, manufacturing businesses that prioritized ESG witnessed gains in operational and financial measures such as credit ratings, financing costs, sales, and returns. These companies also have a competitive advantage and lesser risk. The complicated supply chain network's interactions and effects are studied using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
