Il mio progetto di ricerca si pone l’obiettivo di studiare il rapporto tra la società e le Corti internazionali dei diritti umani. Più precisamente, mi concentrerò sullo studio della Corte Europea dei diritti dell'uomo, sulla Corte Inter-Americana dei diritti dell'uomo e sulla Corte Africana dei diritti dell'uomo e dei popoli con lo scopo di indagare come e in che misura gli individui partecipano al lavoro e alla vita di queste corti, identificando i relativi metodi di interazione e comunicazione. La mia ricerca si concentrerà infatti sui concetti di giustizia aperta, partecipazione pubblica e contenzioso strategico. 

 My research project is aimed at studying the relationship between society and International Human Rights Courts.More precisely, I will delve into study of the European Court of Human Rights, the Intern-American Court of Human Rights and the African Court of Human and People’s right with the purpose of inquiring how and to what extent individualsparticipateto the work and life of these courts, by identifying the relevant methods of interaction and communication. Indeed,my research will focus on the concepts of open justice, public participation and strategic litigation.
