Internships abroad
CURRICULAR INTERNSHIPS ABROAD
Starting on 13th of June 2016 for starting an internship at the University of Macerata, the HOSTING INSTITUTION will have to proceed to REGISTRATION in our computer system through the website http://studenti.unimc.it. For information, please enter to the registration page.
The students who want to carry out their curricular internships abroad should make agreements with the host institution, which then can draft the training project electronically, after having logged into the university portal, which is also available in English. The procedure are explained in this web page.
No later than 30 days before the beginning of the internship (please see the different academic regulations of the degree courses for deadlines and different modalities), the following documents must reach the Stage Office:
- A comprehensive brief of the agreement (in duplicate original copies, which can be downloaded in the Curricular Internship Form);
- The training project.
At least one day before the starting date established in the training project, the interested parties will be emailed with the authorization to start the internship.
The documents must not show any kind of alteration that could compromise their legal validity (eg presence of erasures, use of corrector, abrasions or manipulations of any kind). Non compliant documents WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
To bring eventual changes after the beginning of the internship, it is necessary to follow the instructions in this web page.
EXTRACURRICULAR INTERNSHIPS ABROAD

Stage4eu project
The Stage4eu Project consists of a mobile app and a website aimed at young people who intend to do an internship in Europe, but also for placement, guidance and training operators who will be able to use them as tools to support their work. Stage4eu is a free service.
Both the site and the app consist of four information sections (how to organize and prepare for an internship in Europe, the main European programs that finance internships abroad, the "internship cards" of European countries, etc.) and space, updated daily, dedicated to the best internship opportunities in Europe.
Stage4eu exclusively selects and publishes internship offers in the most important multinational companies and organizations recognized nationally or internationally. The app user can set their preferences by selecting the countries and professional areas in which they intend to do the internship; in this way you will be able to receive, in real-time, notifications on internship offers that meet the selected criteria.
