Curricular Interships
The Educational Affairs and E-learning Office takes care of the organization of the curricular internships. A curricular internship is a period spent in a company, or in a public or private institution, during which the student gains work experience. It is intended to create moments of Study-Work alternation, and at easing the search for a job that the student likes.
Training activities - mode of conducting internships
In addition to the in-person conduct, it is possible, for manifest needs of the host institution, to activate the internship with remote mode training. Therefore, it is mandatory to indicate the mode of conduct within the training project so that it can also be approved by the academic tutor.
Host institution/company registration
Since 2016, to start an internship promoted by the University of Macerata, the HOST institution/Company will have to register in our database system, through the web page studenti.unimc.it.

Online training educational project
Starting from 1st November 2016 to activate a curricular internship the host, after having registered in our database system, through the web page Contact person registration, will have to provide for the generation of the training project with the student, by accessing the same web page with their credentials (https://sis.unimc.it).

If university students have never been accepted as trainees in the past, the legal representative of the institution/company will have to agree by filling out a form, which can be downloaded from their area, following the instructions displayed on the web page Activation of an agreement.
The data relating to the training project can be entered even before the agreement is finalized. The Office, however, will wait for the signing of the agreement before authorizing the start of the internship.
