Short description: Distance learning can be a very effective process but it requires correct teaching techniques and tools, teacher skills and students' transition to online learning. Furthermore, today we observe a specific paradigmatic shift in academic teaching, based on the constructivist approach, expressed in the formula "the passage from teaching to learning", which underlines the shift of focus from the approach based on the transmission of educational contents towards the students and the role of the teacher as facilitator. Constructivism presupposes an active and emotional involvement of students in the process, based on their pro knowledge and social interactions. Virtual corporate strategic game in which we will develop. The BuGAM project covers both aspects. Game-based training offers exactly the approach indicated in EU literature and policies. By incorporating game elements into the training, students are motivated and involved: the student / employee is at the center of the event, reality is all around. The main goal is therefore to develop a virtual business strategy game that was initially created by PUEB and successfully used in face-to-face lessons. Our first experience with using our game in online education shows its high effectiveness in responding to COVID-19 challenges, but also shows the improvements needed to be made to make it more self-playable for students by combining it with film education. . The main objective is to provide sophisticated business simulation tools by combining gaming with film education, a virtual business strategy game that supports online education in the university during the COVID-19 pandemic.
