Cassonetti smart per studenti fuori sede

Se sei uno studente UniMc e alloggi per parte della settimana a Macerata, per conferire i rifiuti domestici devi rispettare le regole del sistema "porta a porta": I sacchi dei rifiuti devono essere lasciati davanti al portone stradale della propria abitazione, dalle 7:00 alle 9:00, secondo il calendario settimanale.

Se hai difficoltà nel rispettare queste regole, perché non intercettano gli orari o i giorni della tua presenza in città, dal 1° marzo 2023 potrai utilizzare una valida alternativa.
Saranno allestite due postazioni di cassonetti "smart" riservate esclusivamente agli studenti universitari non residenti in città, dove potrai conferire liberamente i rifiuti prodotti nella tua abitazione:
- in viale Trieste, vicino l'intersezione con viale don Bosco
- in viale Leopardi, in corrispondenza del passaggio pedonale proveniente da vicolo Santa FloraI via Garibaldi
Per aprire il cassonetti dovrai utilizzare un'app e il codice che ti sarà fornito dall'ufficio ambiente

Waste collection, smart bins for commuting students
If you are a UniMc student and you are staying in Macerata for part of the week only, you must comply with the "door to door" system for domestic waste collection: waste bags must be left in front of your home front door from 7:00 at 9:00, according to the weekly calendar.
If you cannot comply with these rules, from 1 March 2023 you can freely use the new smart bin stations reserved for university students who are not resident in the city:
in viale Trieste by the crossing with viale Don Bosco
in viale Leopardi at the pedestrian crossing from vicolo Santa Flora/via Garibaldi
In order to operate the smart bin you need to download and activate the app following the guide below.
Download the app and request the activation code:
• Send an e-mail to ambiente@comune.macerata.it with "Richiesta attivazione cassonetti smart" in the Subject line, specifying your surname, first name and codice fiscale
• Wait for Council's Environment Office to send you an activation code
• Scan the following QR Code with your smartphone and download the waste management app
• Register to the app by entering the activation code received from the Council's Environment Office
For unsorted waste, paper/cardboard, or multi-material (plastic and metal cans), unlock the the appropriate bin by using the app; leave the bag with well-sorted waste into the appropriate container and close the volumetric hood or the bin doors.
Bins for glass and compost/organic waste are always freely accessible and don't require the use of the app.
Notice!
Waste bags must never be left on the ground near the bins.
Stations are subjected to checks by the Local Police Command, also with video surveillance systems.
