Short description: the project aims at improving understanding of cultural, psychological and societal factors that influence elderly attitudes, values and behaviour, as the most important aspects in urbanisation and active ageing studies; placing the needs and rights of elderly citizens at the centre of the urbanization debate and policies and investigating the impact of building and urban planning and organisation on elderly positive rights.
