When to pay
Payments of tuition fees are split into four installments with specific deadlines; payments done beyond the deadlines cause the charge of additional fees.
First installment: by October 31
You incur additional fees, if you pay after the deadlines for the enrollment in the first year of a bachelor's or a master's degree programme, particularly:
- from November 1 to 30 = 15 euro
- from December 1 to January 15 = 30 euro
You incur additional fees, if you pay after the deadlines for the renewal of the enrollment (after the first year) of a bachelor's or a master's degree programme, particularly:
- from November 1 to 30 = 15 euro
- from December 1 to January 15 = 30 euro
- from January 16 to April 30 = 50 euro
- from May 1 to July 14 = 100 euro
Second installment: by October 31
Third installment: by March 31
Fourth installment: by May 31
You incur additional fees, if you pay after the deadlines particularly:
- within a month after the deadline = 15 euro
- within the second month from the deadline = 30 euro
- starting from the third month from the deadline = 50 euro
The deadlines refer to the date of payment. If you prefer electronic payment, such as home banking, check your bank's value date to avoid paying a supplementary fee for delayed payment: date of bank payment order is not proof of payment.
How to pay
Payment of fees and additional fees must be made solely by pagoPA which is a new electronic payment system for citizens to pay the services of the Public Administration, via an easier, more secure and more transparent tool.
Pago PA procedure:
- Visit the website studenti.unimc.it
- With username and password log in theLog-in Area [‘Area Riservata’]
- Click on “Payments” [Pagamenti] and then on ‘Stampa avviso PagoPA‘
- You can pay online by home banking or by credit card; or in person to ATMs, Sisal and Lottomanica stores or other payment service providers accepting the "PagoPA" system.
If you are abroad:
- pay through the online portal at this link: https://unimc.pagoatenei.cineca.it/portalepagamenti.server.frontend/#/
- before paying, be sure to have the related payment notice "PagoPA" (you can find it within the "Payment" section of your reserved area at https://studenti.unimc.it/). Payment can be done by credit card, Paypal, etc.
NOTICE:
Keep your receipts of payment throughout your student career for tax purposes and for inspection. If you have a problem making payment contact the Student Administration Office of the Department. If you do not pay the fees, you cannot take examinations or make changes to your student career.
