Academic Staff Mobility
The European Reform University Alliance (ERUA) actively promotes academic cooperation and international mobility, in line with its longstanding commitment to European integration and intercultural dialogue.
Within the framework of Erasmus+, the Alliance offers a wide range of teaching opportunities designed to foster co-teaching activities, knowledge exchange, and interdisciplinary collaboration among partner universities.
Teaching staff contributes to a wide range of academic fields, from Law, Political Science, and Economics to Humanities, Cultural Heritage, Languages, Education, and Philosophy. Courses are available in multiple languages—including English, Italian, French, Spanish, and Chinese—ensuring accessibility to a broad international community.

Seminars and co-teaching modules in law, human rights, public administration, international relations, and comparative constitutional systems.
Specialized courses in languages, translation, intercultural communication, literature, art history, museology, and pedagogy.
Innovative programs in business and economics, covering sustainable finance, digital marketing, organizational models, fintech, and global governance.
Workshops in education and cultural studies, addressing intercultural pedagogy, educational technologies, sociology of culture, and image education.
