How to apply for the renewal of your enrollment after the first year
After the first year of enrollment, you must apply for the renewal of your enrollment every year until your graduation.
To renew your enrollment, be sure to have settled all the fees related to previous academic years at the University of Macerata along with any supplementary fees due.
Do not renew your enrollment if you expect to graduate within the latest graduation session linked to the previous academic year. Check the academic calendar at your Department's website.
When: from July 15 to October 31
Beyond this deadline, apply for renewal of your enrollment no later than July 14 by paying the related additional fees. Details on the amounts and deadlines are specified at the webpage Tuition fees.
How:
- Visit the website studenti.unimc.it
- With username and password log in the Log-in Area [‘Area Riservata’]
- Click on 'Enrollment' [Iscrizioni] and follow the instructions
- To renew your enrolment as a graduand, click on the exemption Graduating Student Enrollment [‘Iscrizione laureando’] and follow the instructions
- Pay the related fees
You are not required to submit a receipt of payment to the Student Administration Office of the Department.
