Extracurricular work placements at the registries of the courts

The Marche Region, together with the universities in the Marche Region as the organising bodies, has approved a draft agreement for the launch of 219 extracurricular work placements to be carried out at the registries and secretariats of the judicial offices in the Marche Region, including the Regional Administrative Court (TAR).

SUBJECT
A pre-selection call is hereby announced, reserved for graduates of the University, with a view to drawing up a shortlist of eligible candidates for the allocation of training projects required for the submission of an application to participate in the public call for proposals issued by the Marche Region pursuant to Decree No. 709 of the Head of the Employment Services and Labour Policies Sector - PR Marche ESF+ 2021/2027 Employment Axis, OS 4.a (5) – Area of Intervention 134 – “Work placements at the Registries of the Judicial Offices of the Marche Region”, Regional Council Decision No. 1141 of 31 July 2023 – Financial years 2023–2024, €1,000,000.00, for the organisation of training and career guidance work placements at the registries of judicial offices in the Marche Region.
The trainee is entitled to a monthly allowance of €700.00, gross of any statutory deductions, for a maximum period of six months, upon reaching the actual threshold of 75 per cent of the monthly or partial-monthly number of hours specified in the Training Programme, subject to a total amount not exceeding €4,200.00 (= 6-month placement).


RECIPIENTS

Graduates of the University of Macerata who, on the date of this pre-selection notice, meet the following requirements may apply for the training projects:
  • not yet have reached the age of thirty-six on the date of submission of the application to participate in the Marche Region’s public call for applications (participation will be formalised by uploading the application to SIFORM and will follow this call, which provides solely for the allocation of the training project);
  • be unemployed within the meaning of Legislative Decree 150/2015, as amended and supplemented (to be formalised by registering with the jobcentre as unemployed/not in employment prior to submitting the application via SIFORM – this condition must be maintained for the entire duration of the work placement);
  • be resident in the Marche Region, with duly documented registered residence or permanent domicile, for at least five months (this condition must be maintained for the entire duration of the work placement);
  • have no previous criminal convictions and have no ongoing criminal proceedings;
  • not have previously undertaken an internship with any of the host organisations;
  • have obtained a degree from the University of Macerata in one of the degree programmes listed below, ranked in order of priority for the purposes of scoring during the assessment process.
