Extracurricular work placements abroad

The documentation required for registration is available from the aforementioned office:

• 2 original copies of the agreement
• 2 original copies of the training programme
• 1 organisation/company profile form

and must be submitted, complete with signatures and the academic tutor’s approval via email, at least 30 days before the scheduled start date of the work placement.

It is strictly forbidden to commence the work placement without authorisation from the University

Documents, whether originals or copies, must not contain any alterations that could compromise their legal validity (e.g. erasures, the use of correction fluid, abrasions or tampering of any kind). Such documents WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Extracurricular work placements have a maximum duration of 6 months.
