Career Service

One of the flagship initiatives is Career Day, the annual event that enables students and graduates to meet companies, institutions and organisations face-to-face, apply for job vacancies and attend introductory interviews. It is a valuable opportunity to build relationships and begin to envisage one’s professional future.

Through its Job Placement service, the university helps match job seekers with vacancies, offering concrete opportunities and supporting graduates in their active job search. This service is complemented by the opportunity to undertake extracurricular work placements, training experiences designed to help students acquire practical skills and gradually integrate into the world of work.

The Career Service also collaborates with the AlmaLaurea portal, offering access to a national network of job vacancies, employment monitoring and recruitment services for graduates. Finally, there is no shortage of career guidance activities, such as training courses and workshops.

Great attention is also paid to the university’s relationship with the local community: through collaboration with companies, associations and local authorities, the Career Service promotes concrete opportunities for professional development, strengthening the link between the university and the region’s economic and social fabric.
