Cultural Heritage Management @
The course promotes the development of professional skills required for the interrelated management of cultural heritage and institutions (museums, archival centres, archaeological parks, and other cultural bodies and sites) intending to implement effective and efficient policies regarding the urban heritage, the purpose being its social and economic enhancement, its preservation, as well as its conservation in routine management. To achieve that goal the course features a perfect mix of historical and theoretical knowledge, and hands-on training.
Senior manager or officer in public and private concerns in charge of cultural heritage and in private businesses operating in the field of cultural heritage management, communication specialist, education service operator, curator, marketing professional in public and private bodies, art history school teacher, historian, art expert, archivist, librarian, museum guardian and curator, researcher and technician with a degree in ancient times science, philology, literature, history, art.
To be admitted applicants are to meet course entry requirements and to have an adequate personal level of knowledge. Applicants holding a three-year course degree in class L-1, L-15, L-43, L-13, L-39 and L-41 have open access to the course. If you do not meet open access requirements, you may apply for prior learning assessment.
