Instructions for reimbursement - proof reading
PROOF-READING FOR THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE COSTS
The University of Macerata will provide reimbursement for proof-reading (English language) costs of the project proposal.
Please note that the reimbursement will be paid only if the selected applicant has actually:
- attended the Masterclass MSCA@UNIMC 2025 (at least 75% of the total hours – see art. 3 of the announcement for additional details*;
- benefitted of the services of mentorship and coaching provided by the University of Macerata;
- submitted a proposal in reply to the call MSCA Postdoctoral fellowships – year 2025 on the European Commission Funding and Tender Portal.
The maximum contribution for proof reading (English language) is € 500,00 per participant.
In order to get the reimbursement of proof-reading costs, we kindly ask you to send the following supporting documents to ricerca.internazionale@unimc.it:
- Request of reimbursement (to be made using the specific template);
- Proposal with revisions made by the expert who conducted the proof-reading duly indicated in revision mode;
- Invoice or other document issued by the expert who conducted the proof reading;
- Evidence of traceable payment of the expert’s fee (e.g. bank transfer, credit card, and other types of electronic payment).
Please note that, based on Italian national regulations, we can only refund expenses paid using traceable methods; otherwise, we will not reimburse them.
The transfers will be made in euro. In the case of a bank account in a foreign currency, the exchange rate will be that operated by the banking institution on the date of reimbursement of the expenses. Currency exchange losses will not be refunded.
*For the sake of clarity, in order to calculate the actual attendance of 75% of the total hours of the Masterclass, the following rules shall be followed:
- Applicants will have to attend at least 75% of the total hours (as indicated in the final agenda) of the on-line training (live lessons) foreseen in the first part of the Masterclass.
- Applicants will have to attend in presence at least 75% of the total hours (as indicated in the final agenda) of the training to be held in Macerata, foreseen in the second part of the Masterclass.
- Fractions of hours of attendance of each participant up to 45 minutes will be rounded down; whereas fractions of hours from 45 minutes onwards will be rounded up.
