“Ten Theses for Sustainability” Degree Award

The call for entries for the “Ten Theses for Sustainability” competition is now open. The competition aims to reward 10 theses from all disciplines, both humanities and sciences, that have strong and original references to the principle of sustainability. Applications can be submitted by January 31, 2026, via the Symbola Foundation website.

The competition is open to students of master's degrees, single-cycle degrees, or equivalent qualifications from all Italian universities and institutes who graduated in the previous two academic years.

The 10 winners will receive a cash prize of €2,000, offered by Luiss.

The initiative is promoted by the Symbola Foundation, Luiss University, and Unioncamere, with the support of Deloitte Climate & Sustainability. The initiative is sponsored by MUR – Ministry of University and Research and CRUI – Conference of Italian University Rectors and benefits from the collaboration of the Almalaurea Interuniversity Consortium, RUS – Network of Universities for Sustainable Development, and INSTM – National Interuniversity Consortium for Materials Science and Technology.
