Short description: The project aims to prosecuting the actions taken in order to improve the infrastructure system and the functionality of the public services in favor of the citizens of third countries, supporting the change of the public administrations involved in all aspects of their institutional action, ranging from programming to the management of services, from the system of operators' skills to the organizational models and inter-institutional networks used. The proposal intends to act at a multi-sectoral level through transversal capacity building actions that allow activating a new governance, capable of effectively adapting to the sudden changes in the new scenarios of the migration phenomenon.
