Staff Training Days 2026 at Viadrina

The European Reform University Alliance (ERUA) is inviting administrative staff and colleagues working in International Offices at its member universities, including the University of Macerata, to apply for the Staff Training Days 2026 at Viadrina.

Hosted by the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, the programme will take place from 28 to 30 September 2026 and will focus on the theme "AI & Digital Transformation in International Higher Education Administration."

Organised jointly by the German-Ukrainian University Network (DUHN) and ERUA, the three-day training event will provide practical insights into the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence and digitalisation in university administration and international cooperation. Through workshops, expert sessions, and collaborative activities, participants will explore the responsible and strategic use of AI-based tools in their daily work while exchanging experiences with colleagues from across the ERUA Alliance.

The application deadline is 30 June 2026.
