Free self-defense class | November 25

On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women on Tuesday, November 25, CUS Macerata invites female staff and students of the University to a free self-defense class.

• 6:30-7:30 p.m.
• CUS Macerata gym (Via Cassiano da Fabriano 28).

Federal technicians from the Judo Section, who are experts in self-defense, will be on hand to demonstrate some of the most effective defense techniques against the most common types of assault.
