ERUA Summit 2026: Registration Deadline Extended & Full Programme

The registration deadline for the ERUA Annual Summit has been extended to 13 September 2026,

Entitled “Consolidating Achievements, Shaping Continuity”, the 2026 ERUA Summit will take place from 18 to 20 November 2026 at New Bulgarian University (NBU) in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The 2026 Summit comes at a significant moment for ERUA, as the Alliance enters the penultimate year of its current funding period. The event will provide an opportunity to review the progress achieved so far, strengthen cooperation across the Alliance and open a strategic discussion on ERUA’s long-term development and sustainability beyond the current project period.

Over three days, the Summit will bring together representatives of ERUA’s governance bodies, Work Packages, students and members of the wider Alliance community. The programme will combine governance meetings, collaborative and coordination sessions, student-led initiatives, networking opportunities, as well as cultural and social activities.

A particular focus will be placed on connecting the results achieved across ERUA with the Alliance’s long-term goals, exploring models for institutional transformation and developing shared strategies to ensure continuity beyond 2027. Student participation will also play a central role, with students contributing to governance meetings and dedicated sessions showcasing their perspectives and initiatives.

The new registration deadline is 13 September 2026.

Members of the University of Macerata who have not yet registered are invited to complete the registration form by the new deadline.
