ERUA Job Opportunity: become Secretary General of the European Reform University Alliance

The European Reform University Alliance (ERUA) has opened a call for the position of Secretary General, a key role for the strategic and institutional coordination of the Alliance. The position is hosted at Université Paris 8, the coordinating institution of ERUA.

Université Paris 8 is currently recruiting a Secretary General for ERUA, a key leadership role supporting the strategic coordination and development of the alliance. ERUA brings together a network of European universities committed to innovative, inclusive, and socially engaged higher education.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Board of Rectors and partner institutions, contributing to the implementation of the alliance’s long-term vision, strengthening collaboration across member universities, and ensuring the effective management of joint initiatives and projects.

This position is based in Saint-Denis (Paris) and is open to candidates with strong experience in international academic cooperation, project management, and strategic governance. A high level of proficiency in English (C1) and a good command of French (at least B2) are required.
