ERUA Human Library at UniMC: Stories, Dialogue and Inclusion

Become a Living Book at the ERUA Human Library! ✨📚
2026-06-25T15:20:48+02:00

Have you ever considered becoming a Living Book? 📚✨

On 29 June at 5:30 PM, Aula Viola 2 at Polo Pantaleoni will host the ERUA Human Library, an event designed to foster dialogue, understanding and inclusion through the power of personal stories.

Inspired by the concept of the Human Library, the initiative invites participants to “borrow” a person instead of a book. Through one-to-one conversations, attendees will have the opportunity to listen to the experiences of members of the LGBTQIA+ community, ask questions and engage in open and respectful dialogue.

The event aims to create a welcoming space where people from different backgrounds and identities can connect, challenge stereotypes and promote empathy and mutual understanding.

The ERUA Human Library is open to all members of the university community and anyone interested in taking part in this unique opportunity for exchange and learning.

The organisers are also looking for volunteers willing to become “living books” and share their personal experiences. No special skills are required—only the willingness to tell one’s story and contribute to building a more inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone.
