Are you a student interested in songwriting and music composition? The ERUAvision: A Music Contest for Unity project invites students from the ERUA Alliance universities to submit their original songs and take part in an international contest celebrating creativity, music and collaboration.

The initiative is part of the ERUA Bottom-Up programme, which supports student-led projects by providing funding of up to €5,000 to develop joint initiatives involving at least two universities from the alliance. ERUAvision is organised by students from five partner universities: European University Viadrina (Germany), the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain), the University of Macerata (Italy), Paris 8 University (France), and Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania).

The Open Call runs from 27 February to 20 March and is open to all students enrolled at ERUA universities. Selected participants will have the opportunity to attend an Intensive Music Course with professional coaching and record their song in a professional studio in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany.

The final contest will take place in a hybrid format, allowing audiences from across the alliance and beyond to follow the event online.

Participants must submit entirely original songs; cover versions are not allowed.

Students interested in taking part can submit their proposal by emailing eruavision@europa-uni.de by 20 March.

More information about the rules and participation requirements is available in the ERUAvision: A Final Contest for Unity Rulebook:
