Bank, Finance and Insurance Economics Pathway
This pathway is designed to offer a framework for understanding broker management and financial markets performance, besides providing students with a thorough knowledge of financial issues. Undergraduates will also be introduced to risk management and control, international financial markets, financial tools, portfolio management, brokerage and financial markets law.

Business Economics Pathway
The aim of this pathway is to promote the knowledge and skills necessary to plan and manage manufacturing industries and tertiary enterprises providing non-financial services. Moreover, it will equip individuals with a high level of competence to assess, improve and use a range of tools to carry out financial and economic analysis. Students will also be introduced to issues related to marketing, logistics, innovation, as well as the legal aspects of commerce, taxation and employment.

International Economics and Commerce Pathway
This pathway seeks to develop an awareness and understanding of issues in applied economics and business economics regarding the international operation of firms and markets within a global environment, as well as legal issues in international trade. Students will be introduced to real and financial markets analysis in the international context.

Financial promotion and advising; manufacturing industries, marketing and service enterprises, finance houses; banks, credit institutions, insurance companies, brokerage houses and the savings market; auditing and consulting; specialist accountant partnerships; public administration agencies; Italian company branch offices abroad and Italian-based branch offices of foreign companies; export consulting firms.

The entry test is compulsory for all students who have enrolled on three-year undergraduate  courses offered by the Department of Economics and Law, except for students who are exempted (financial promoters, chartered accountants, and the like). Test results are not binding for enrollment purposes and are necessary to assess student entry level with the aim of addressing any existing knowledge shortcomings.
