The first double hat "Adriatic and Ionian Council / EUSAIR Ministerial Meeting" took place last 12 May in the city of Dubrovnik. The meeting was chaired by Croatia. On this occasion, the Foreign Ministers adopted the Dubrovnik Declaration.
